Orders are shipped within 2-3 days of placing the order.

If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact peardropstudios@gmail.com for a replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for paying any additional duties and taxes their country may charge upon delivery (including EU & UK countries)

If the customer inputs their address incorrectly and the package gets lost, the customer will need to pay additional shipping for a replacement.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Canada & USA - 2 to 4 weeks
International - 6 to 8 weeks

What if my package is lost?

If you have not received your package after the time frames listed above, please contact peardropstudios@gmail.com and we will investigate. If your package is confirmed lost, we can process a refund or send a replacement.
